The Opportunity

The E-commerce Coordinator - Western Canada will play a critical role in supporting the growth and expansion of our company's E-commerce stores. As an essential member of a small but dynamic team, this role will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and efficient order fulfillment. Primary responsibilities of the role include working with the team to launch new brands and products, email and telephone customer service inquiries, accurately and quickly processing online orders, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. The E-commerce Coordinator opportunity is an excellent entry-level position in a rapidly growing, disruptive start-up with big plans and will help shape our Customer Success department as we scale.

What We Expect From You

• Measure and report performance against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide recommendations based on the analysis. We value constructive suggestions.
• Comfortable answering product-related questions and taking the initiative to find answers when needed
• Help manage the day-to-day operations of our online stores, including product listings, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Dedication to winning the hearts and minds of our customers, vendors, and partners
• Must be available between 9am - 5pm Pacific Timezone
• Uploading products to our online store with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, providing excellent customer-first service.

You’re a great fit for the team if you have

• A desire to learn about a diverse selection of home-building products through both internal and vendor-led training sessions
• Call center and customer success experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in sustainable residential construction practices and products
• Willingness to learn and grow with a world-class but small team dedicated to making the world a better place
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms, such as Shopify.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt and manage changing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
