Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator

To accelerate our growth, we’re searching for an extraordinary person to join Globe's Ecommerce Team.Reporting to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, The Ecommerce Coordinator plans, executes, and manages new product uploads and edits to ensure best-in-class placement, experience, and optimization on our various retail, etail and marketplace channel websites (e.g. Amazon.com, HomeDepot.com, Walmart.com, Wayfair.com, etc.) while supporting an Omni-Channel brand experience.You’ll be responsible for merchandising our product data, images, and content, and ensuring that product launches are rolled out successfully and on time.

As an Ecommerce Coordinator you will:

·Upload product information and digital content to various online channels

·Manage, execute, and optimize customer specific marketing “playbooks”

·Identify opportunities to improve online merchandising across several channels

·Review and update existing product listings to include the most up to date product information and features

·Coordinate the Digital Asset requirements for all our products, ranging from product shots, lifestyle images, videos, and 360 spins, as well as enhancements to existing collateral

You should have:

·Experience with administrative responsibilities

·Ability to adapt on the fly to the changing demands of the e-commerce channels

·Experience with populating new product setup sheets for online retailers and marketplaces is a bonus

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Able to work independently

·A strong team player mentality and a sense of humor

·PPC management is considered an asset

·Familiarity with SEO and keyword research a plus

·Great project management skills; being able to initiate projects and drive them to completion

·The ability to work quickly and to agreed weekly targets and deadlines
