In 2013, Uberall was born out of the vision by longtime friends and business partners David Federhen and Florian Hübner. We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Product Marketing to help fuel the Uberall Growth journey. As the Head of Product Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our platform through the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing strategies.


Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, you will collaborate to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audience. As a key driver of our success, you will need to quickly become an expert on Uberall products, the market, our customers, and our competition.


The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record in B2B SaaS product marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the martech industry. We are seeking someone with a great combination of strategic thinking and execution excellence, along with a self-starter attitude and a can-do approach


Your Responsibilities:


  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, product offerings, and messaging in the location marketing space and overall martech industry. Utilize these insights to identify areas of opportunity and inform our competitive positioning and response, including the development of battle cards and win-loss analysis.
  • Customer Insights: Collaborate closely with customer success and support teams to gather customer feedback, insights, success stories, and case studies. Leverage these insights to enhance product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies and contribute to customer-focused content creation.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Drive alignment and coordination across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure successful product launches and maximize market penetration.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and company objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement materials, including collateral, presentations, and training programs, to empower the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote and sell our solutions. Collaborate with the Go-to-Market Operations Enablement teams.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Define and articulate compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning strategies tailored to different customer segments and buyer personas. Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Market Analysis and Segmentation: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target market segments, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize these insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies


Your Profile:


  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS product marketing principles, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS Martech industry.
  • The results-driven mindset with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in conducting market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a distributed global team.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
