We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a vital role in optimizing our website's visibility and increasing organic search rankings. You will work closely with the SEO team and collaborate with other departments to implement effective strategies and improve overall online presence.

Led by a team of former admissions committee officers from some of the most prestigious schools, Inspira’s mission is to democratize access to higher education across millions of deserving students in the world, so that their education and life outcomes do not get determined by a zipcode or resources of their high schools. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct keyword research to identify potential opportunities for optimizing website content and improving search engine rankings.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of on-page and off-page optimization strategies to enhance website performance.
3. Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and image alt tags, to improve search engine visibility.
4. Create SEO-friendly outlines and optimization outlines for company blogs.
5. Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
6. Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions.
7. Assist in link building initiatives, including outreach to relevant websites and bloggers.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance with best practices and drive continuous improvement.
9. Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly content and ensure optimization across all digital channels.
10. Assist in the analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for optimization.
11. Prepare regular reports on SEO performance metrics and present findings to the SEO team and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum one year of experience in SEO.
3. Solid understanding of search engine optimization principles, techniques, and best practices.
4. Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
5. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
