We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Local SEO Specialist to join one of our top clients. As a Local SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting WordPress web developers and agencies into the client. You will also be responsible for optimising websites to rank higher in local search results, drive more traffic, and generate leads for businesses.

Our client is a cutting edge software as a service helping web developers and agencies build high performing product, service and geographically targeted landing pages at scale.Their mission is to help customers maximise their earning potential by efficiently executing SEO projects at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

●Onboarding new clients.

●Providing customer support to users.

●Develop and implement local SEO strategies for websites.

●Conduct on-page and off-page optimisation, including technical SEO, keyword research, content creation, link building and more.

●Monitor and analyse website traffic, rankings, and performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, & AHREFS.

●Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.

●Provide ongoing customer support, including responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues.

Requirements:

●Experience driving significant new traffic to websites

●2+ years of experience in Local SEO using WordPress. Ability to address interaction between development and SEO optimisation

●Competency in Google Sheets and ability to solve complex problems

●Strong understanding & experience in local SEO, including content strategy, keyword research, on-page optimisation, expertise, authority, trust, ranking factors, and on-page variables.

●Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise explanations to clients.

●Friendly and customer-focused attitude, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

●Ability to speak at a high level about websites, server administration, and local SEO.

●Thorough understanding of different website themes/templates, conversion rate optimisation, landing page structure, and marketing attribution.

●Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO.
