YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager of eCommerce and Digital Marketing, the Digital & Email Content Coordinator will be the owner of both the Call It Spring website(s) and email production, in order to help bring cohesive brand and product stories to life across both channels. The Digital & Email Coordinator will also work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, Online Merchandising, Social Media and Design teams in order to gather accurate product information, quality content, test creatives & to track content KPIs weekly to monitor key wins, learnings and apply them accordingly to future campaigns and activations.
The ideal candidate is organized, a natural team player, has a passion for marketing and fashion with exceptional communication/writing skills. The focus of the role will be on the day-to-day organization and execution of the website, email campaigns and promotion creation. This role is integral in supporting the Digital Marketing & eCommerce team deliver quality website and email execution to help increase traffic, conversion and revenue.
Responsibilities
  • Create work-back schedules and manage timelines with cross-functional teams for copy, translation, and creative assets required for business-as-usual Brand Stories, Product Stories and Promotional Activity for the Call It Springs websites and emails
  • Support the Digital Marketing specialist with the quality assurance process by reviewing copy, design and testing all site modules before launch
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the CMS, Hybris promotions and other aspects of execution
  • Collaborate with the SEO Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure on-site copy and landing pages are optimized and updated accordingly
  • Be the reference point for the Retail team on promo code creating and testing to ensure consistency
  • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns 
  • Perform day-to-day content marketing activities including, but not limited to, wireframe building, CMS input, Hybris promotion creation, content updates, testing, proofing, scheduling, and archiving
DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical capability
  • Solid understanding of and passion for marketing & eCommerce trends and an evolving retail & fashion industry
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, retail, e-commerce or consumer goods
  • Extremely organized and process oriented. Proven ability to project manage, prioritize, work well with cross functional teams and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with Digital Analytics, eCommerce & content managements platforms, email marketing platforms, knowledge of Google Analytics, SAP Hybris, and Contentful is considered are considered an asset
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
