We are currently seeking a Content Coordinator to support our Content Lead with every day content creation and social media engagement.

This is a remote, full-time position.

Objectives/Responsibilities

• Supports the content lead with any content production requirements, including visuals, written content and video.
• Responsible for maintaining HeroX’s social media channels, including the development of a social strategy and calendar, the sourcing and production of social content, the engagement of users on the platforms and the growth of all channels alongside our Director of Branding and Content
• Measures and reports on social and content metrics and provides actionable analyses to relevant stakeholders.
• Implements relevant marketing campaigns on social media, working with team leads to understand objectives and adapt or create content to promote on social channels.
• Drives social community engagement through the ideation and development of programs such as user generated content, testimonial drives, etc.
• Assists with other marketing initiatives as needed
• Responsible for the moderation of HeroX’s social media challenges, responding to DMs and comments timely

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Ability to self manage in a remote work environment
• Strong writing skills with up to a year of experience in the social media/content creation
• HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool experience
• Canva
• Space
• Slack
• GoogleSuite

This is a remote, full-time position and candidates may be located anywhere in the world. Our office runs on Pacific Time, so candidates should plan to spend a few hours overlapping with the Pacific Time work day.
