Bachelors degree in marketing/communications/business administration. Candidates with a graphic design education and proven practical experience in marketing will also be considered.

Plan, create and manage social media assets and scheduling

Post-secondary degree or certificate in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or previous experience in a communications or social media role. 

3+ years' writing experience, preferably working for NGOs, blogs, news organizations, magazines, or other publications.

Experience in graphic design is an asset. 

Organized team player with strong leadership skills and excellent time management skills. Able to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.

Excellent technical knowledge with vast experience in 3D–BIM software

Qualitative abilities including strong analytical skills, technical proficiency and effective problem-solving skills.

Manages the internal communication of BIM-Planning requests for Doka Canada.

Analyzes the market needs and requirements.

Works closely with the customer, understands and is able to clearly communicate the contractor requirements

o Experience in BIM coordination or Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.

o Hands-on knowledge of Revit and Navisworks

o Should have 5 – 15 years’ experience in Construction industry

o Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

o Good Knowledge of BIM software platforms

● Prior experience working on projects with a focus within education or kids would be an asset

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and project goals are achieved

● 2+ years of experience creating digital content and interactive design.

● Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong communication skills and experience as a BIM Coordinator on a multi-person project is required.

Basic knowledge of programs such as DRofus, Dynamo, Enscape and CTC Tools are a benefit.

Manage and monitor Data Sets (Room, Doors, Windows, etc).

Assist the project team with troubleshooting/training and implement workflows in the project with the support of the office BIM Manager.

Source and maintain project content with the help of the office BIM Manager.

Work with Project Managers to align production team expectations and meet submission dates.

Diploma from a Architectural, Engineering or Construction Management program.

3 years of experience in construction with 1 year experience of 3D modeling and/or drafting.
