Screen movie and TV content according to guidelines, creating detailed screening and edit notes.

Liaise with distributors to research content details and source official images and synopses.

Create and maintain accurate records for movie and TV content in our bespoke database.

Strong writing skills with up to a year of experience in the social media/content creation

Supports the content lead with any content production requirements, including visuals, written content and video.

HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool experience

This is a remote, full-time position.

Responsible for the moderation of HeroX’s social media challenges, responding to DMs and comments timely

Bachelors degree in marketing/communications/business administration. Candidates with a graphic design education and proven practical experience in marketing will also be considered.

Plan, create and manage social media assets and scheduling

At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a B2B or technology-led organization

Hands-on experience coordinating the work of vendors such as graphic designers and video producers

Knowledge of WordPress and HubSpot an asset

Plan and develop content for use in marketing and communications (videos, photography, images, copywriting)

Excellent time-management skills, organized and task-oriented, with an ability to respond in a timely fashion to donor inquiries and team communications. 

Working knowledge of content management software, including Asana, WordPress, Photoshop, design, and minor video editing strongly desired. 

Developing content ideas and communication strategies in coordination with the Marketing Manager and other departments. 

Post-secondary degree or certificate in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or previous experience in a communications or social media role. 

3+ years' writing experience, preferably working for NGOs, blogs, news organizations, magazines, or other publications.

Experience in graphic design is an asset. 

Post-secondary education in a related Healthcare Discipline, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent, or equivalent experience Experience
