• Act as a reference for identifying the source, possible solutions and coordinating the resolution of an incident/problem;
• Suggest the appropriate configuration for requests for modifications, additions or conversions to IT solutions;
• Follow up with DevOps teams and solution providers to achieve goals;
• Carry out the analysis of operational impacts and the identification of non-functional requirements related to projects;
• Participate in documenting investigation activities, deliveries/follow-ups and the development of procedures;
• Collaborate in the development of proposals for monitoring approaches and automated alerts to monitor and optimize the performance, stability and reliability of system components;
• Participate in the implementation of new technical solutions and their integration into product management;
• Produce / monitor performance and analysis reports for systems / solutions and keep all tools related to it up to date and keep documentation up to date.
• Be responsible for day-to-day operations according to company SLAs. The position includes responsibility for providing remote support (available 24/7 on rotation);
• Provide support to developers in the development of patches;
• Understand the interactions between the different technological elements and master the overview of the end-to-end service in a DevOps context;

Qualifications

• Understanding of New Relic Tools, Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Splunk, Zabbix, Cloud Watch, Moog, Grafana, etc. ;
• Have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience;
• Understanding of application servers, databases and computer security principles.
• Master the analysis of inter-system flows and the correlation of symptoms during incidents;
• University or college diploma in computer science or any combination of experience and equivalent training;
• Possess problem and incident management skills;
• Knowledge of Java, API management,
• Knowledge of the Drupal platform (asset);
• Understanding of ITIL, ITSM, Jira standards;
• Knowledge of networking concepts (HTTP, SSL, Firewall, VIP, Load Balancing);
