Junior Operations Analyst Jobs

Junior Operations Analyst (2361 ) - Our Client is looking for a junior to entry level candidate to help with day to day responsibilities include working with sales reporting tools, inventory, creating reports that they will provide to District Managers that helps them leverage with their Dealer’s. The role is more individual, they are support piece to the team, would have daily interaction with District Managers.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Work Schedule: 40 Hrs/wk and overtime as required, 8:30 am - 4:30pm
• Start date: Immediate
• Term: Contract assignment, 10-12 months, strong to go direct
• Travel: Some travel required
• Compensation: $34 - $39
• Work location/environment: Blackfoot trail Calgary, ON; automotive assembly facility

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, takes initiative/self-directed
• Bachelors degree required in Administration or related field
• Junior - entry level experience
• 2-4 years related experience; Automotive industry experience
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management skills and the proven track record to manage numerous projects

Responsibilities

• Support with sales reporting, data analysis and other sales communications

• Develop communiques for Dealers informing them of the go-to-market strategy

• Completes ad hoc Sales and Marketing projects and reports as required

• Administer company Program within the Region

Facilitate the planning and execution of Regional meetings

• Support a small group of regional staff including administrators and department heads

• Lead projects from start to finish which will be dependent on your interest and business needs

- Periodic local travel to attend Region events and to visit Dealers, opportunity to grow and develop further

- Getting inquiries for District Managers, need to respond in a timely manner, and assist with any questions District Managers

Required Conditions

• Candidates must have a valid Full Class G Ontario Driver’s License, Full Class 5 Alberta Driver's License, or equivalent out-of-province license
• Candidates must complete a background check and be eligible to work in Canada
