Fraud Analyst (Remote) Jobs

Responsibilities

• Identify fraud trends and recommend product and process improvements to mitigate them
• Interact with customers, banks, and service providers to validate information and stop fraud
• Assist with specialized reporting and tasks as requested
• Conduct manual and automated reviews to identify fraudulent activity

Preferred Experience

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical know-how using enterprise-grade tools
• Strong knowledge of current fraud trends and solutions
• 3+ years of experience as a Fraud Analyst in fintech, travel, and/or ecommerce industries
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related major preferred

Nice To Have

• Experience with data manipulation using SQL
• Experience with process creation and improvement
• Knowledge of how money moves within the NACHA network
• Knowledge of BSA/AML requirements
