What you'll be doing:
- Creating visual representations and reports: Develop clear and concise visual aids to communicate recommendations and project progress to stakeholders, while also documenting project progress, findings, and outcomes in comprehensive reports for client.
- Business Coaching and Staff Training: Advise, coach and provide training to key stakeholders on how to improve business operations and ensure the effective adoption and ongoing use of recommended solutions.
- Providing continuous improvement support: Monitor implemented solutions and work closely with clients to identify opportunities for further enhancement, ensuring their tools and systems continue to evolve and meet their changing business needs.
- Making recommendations: Develop strategic recommendations based on industry best practices to address client needs and optimize their use of tools and technology.
- Translating business requirements: Understand core business needs and convert them into well-defined technical specifications for solution development.
- Helping organizations improve their processes: Work with clients to identify and analyze their current processes, and develop and implement solutions to improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Evaluating client environments: Assess clients' current technology infrastructure, tools and system usage and needs to identify opportunities for improvement, including operating systems, communication and collaboration tools, productivity suites, project management tools, CRM systems, ERP systems, business intelligence and analytics tools etc.
- Deploying solutions: Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement proposed solutions and ensure successful adoption by clients.
- Conducting research: Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to inform recommendations and solution design.
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related role;
- Degree in Business Administration or Management, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience);
Preferred Qualifications and/or Experience:
- Domain-based technical certifications and/or experience (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, Make, AWS, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience, certifications and/or expertise in quality assurance/control processes and methodologies.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum, Agile);
