· Understand how businesses function to recognize potential areas of improvement.

· Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions

· Prepare and analyze workflows, manage multiple projects at once, or analyze multiple data sets simultaneously.

· Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.

· Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.

· Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to use Microsoft Excel and SQL to collect and organize data.

Responsibilities:

·Responsible for working with management to improve operating procedures, reduce costs and inefficiencies, and achieve better performance.

·Facilitate Client/Vendor interactions with the team.

·Document business processes for client/vendor integrations.

Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retro.

Qualifications:

·Bachelors Degree in operations management, human resources, logistics, finance, accounting, math, and marketing.

·Professional experience of atleast 4-6 yrs.

·Insurance Industry experience

Masters degree in business would be a plus.
