Senior Analyst Business Intelligence

• Participate in the implementation of targeted tactical actions;
• Identify potential clients for solicitation activities, ensure the production of lists and their delivery in the appropriate formats;
• Develop, automate and present report results to internal clients;
• Participate in the development of performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the activities carried out;
• Offer an advisory role to internal customers by analyzing, understanding and organizing their needs;
• Write analyzes and summaries and ensure their distribution;
• Fully support data analysis projects within the Data Science team;
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Videotron's residential and commercial customers and the markets in which the company operates.
• Represent the sector in corporate working committees;

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in SQL, R, Python;
• Experience with Spark, Pandas, Numpy and Scikit-learn (asset);
• Have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience;
• Be able to build statistical models;
• Proficiency in SAS and Tableau tools;
• Hold a master's or bachelor's degree in administration (quantitative methods), economics, mathematics (statistics) or a related discipline;
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
