About The Role
We’re looking for a Security Business Analyst – Cyberark to join our growing PAM team!
As a business analyst, you play a vital role of translator and facilitator between Business, Security and Quality Assurance.
You will be part of a small squad with the sole purpose of creating and enhancing a security product to the point where that product is the best product, not just in the insurance field, but the best product out there, period.
What You'll Do Here

• Lead / prepare / participate in business requirements specification workshops to specify PAM solutions.
• Make impact analysis and effort estimates to advocate, get approval, then document the PAM solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the different projects team.
• Write effective User Stories that can be used by Front End, Back End developers and Quality Assurance.
• Build a solid, reusable, and thorough system documentation to be used by any stakeholders.
• Analyze business needs to define PAM solutions.
• Teach customers how to use CyberArk, gather requirement to onboard the accounts.
• Handle change management process via train the trainer documents and procedures.
• Onboarding Intact IT teams to CyberArk.
• Support Product Owners in handling their backlogs and prioritize work to be done.
• Participate in test activities with business people, developers and Quality Assurance.
• Support the development of solutions and monitor performance.

What You Bring To The Table

• Experience and knowledge in the Identity and access management field.
• Knowledge of IIQ,AD,CyberArk,Azure AD.
• Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
• Experience working on CyberArk products (on prem or cloud).
• Project experiences in Agile Scrum mode
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements. Experience with JIRA, Confluence.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Previous PAM experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
