Lightspeed is seeking a full-time Business Analyst to join our Information Systems team. Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, the candidate is responsible for analyzing business needs from various stakeholders, translating them into operational and technical requirements, all while facilitating implementation. The candidate will work with multiple technical teams across the company. They will be the owner and technical administrators of numerous marketing & sales enablement tools.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Understand business needs, define problem statements and facilitate solution implementation
• Act as a resource to support marketing and sales teams' efforts with data requirements
• Partner with global internal stakeholders; build relationships in order to stay close to the ever-changing business needs
• Constantly assess the current state of processes, tools, and systems; provide recommendations as needed to seize new opportunities as they arise
• Transform functional requirements gathered from business stakeholders into architected solutions in collaboration with solution, data, and integration architecture teams
• Own and manage documentation for new and existing systems and processes
• Facilitate improvements to business processes via collaboration with business stakeholders across departments

• Ensuring aligned practices within the broader IS functional team, building on best practices
• Manage change as needed in line with solution proposals or workflow changes
• Critical thinking to ensure thoughtful and scalable solutions follow

What You Need To Bring

• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)
• Experience in business analysis, technical project management, product management, or sales operations
• Knowledge of sales and marketing KPIs (ROI, conversion rate, sales funnels, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
