Contribute to global strategy development and goal setting as a member of the Senior Management team for verticalized businesses

Own the regional management, health, and growth of the NGO segment funnel/pipeline of new opportunities

Ensure consistent use of HR systems across the organization by providing education, training, and reviewing data around usage and accuracy

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred); at least two years of related experience(required)

Experience facilitating professional development training preferred

Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with program leaders, community members, and families

Operational understanding of brokerage management, or prior brokerage management experience is an asset

Knowledge of other broker management systems (ie. Tam, Powerbroker, Keal)

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Insurance industry is preferred with Personal Lines.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, industrial engineering, accounting or related field

Work with corporate FP&A to integrate topline forecast into corporate models to guide company executive decisions and investor relations activities

Build relationships with stakeholders including internal customers, team members, vendors, and senior management.

10+ years’ as a Project Manager with experience developing and executing detailed project plans, timelines and budgets

B.Sc. Computer Science, MIS or related Management/Information Management discipline.

Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate, and provide regular updates on project progress.

Where required, deliver the following artifacts: Decision Records, Functional Requirements, Business Requirements, and Use Cases.

Oil and gas or transmission pipeline experience an asset.
