Primary Skills (Must have) :

Business Analyst with minimum 5 years of Applied EPIC platform experience.

P&C Insurance domain work experience minimum 8 years, any experience of working with Insurance Broker will be an advantage

Experience in requirements gathering, conducting client workshops and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.·

Develop, analyze and document requirements, including business, functional and non-functional

Well versed with converting functional specifications to user stories·

Good understanding of Agile methodology, specifically hands-on experience on Program Backlog finalization, Estimation, Story Point definition etc ,Scrum ceremonies etc

Soft Skills:

Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and products

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements

Analyze existing business processes and data to identify areas of improvement and develop comprehensive solutions"
