Summary
The Security Analyst participates in the active detection and remediation of security vulnerabilities using industry leading technologies to automate and verify security compliance for our managed customers. This role will bridge the gap between our clients’ System Administrators and Security Systems Administrators best practices to achieve the highest possible security posture without compromising business operations.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client documentations pertaining to their service delivery needs.
• Handle after hours maintenance windows for deploying security fixes.
• Advise customers during critical patch release as to their options for deploying, mitigating, or accepting risk.
• Answer client requests via tickets/ emails regarding their security vulnerabilities or deployments.

Requirements And Experience

• Experience using software deployment tools, such as, SCCM, Shavlik, Bigfix, etc.
• Experience in server infrastructure management.
• Experience with scripting languages, such as, VB, pearl, python, etc.
• Comfortable using systems with CLI only.
• CCNA or equivalent networking skills an asset.
• Experience with operating systems, such as, Microsoft Windows, RedHat, Mac OSX, Ubuntu.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with database, such as, MSSQL and MySQL.
