Business Analyst.

Within the Corporate Enterprise System Division, the Information Management and Collaboration Business Solutions team is seeking the professional services of up to four Business Analyst level 3

Primary Responsibilities: -Consult and collaborate with IM, IT, security, project, and business stakeholders (individually or by facilitating group sessions) to determine business requirements.

• Support Project Management activities associated with the development and maintenance of IM systems or tools, including contributing to project plans and lessons learned.
• Must have 8 projects experience mapping business processes using MS Visio Duration: 12 Months
• Develop communication and change management products associated with IM systems or tools.
• Must have 3 projects experience on a MS 365 project for a public organization of over 10,000 users.
• Research tools specific functionalities and features.
• Must have 3 projects experience defining and documenting business processes and operating procedures.
• Develop and update use case specifications and diagrams to describe the actions associated with IM systems or tools.
• Prepare and contribute to strategies and reports and make recommendations for how to proceed.
• Develop test plans, acceptance test criteria, and test scripts for acceptance testing associated with IM systems or tools.
• Must have 6 years experience as a Business Analyst working in a large IM/IT environment consisting of at least 5000 users.
• May be assigned to work on other projects and initiatives in support of the delivery of IM/IT systems or tools. Must Have -Must have 10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Must have 3 projects experience within a security-focused environment on projects where strong emphasis was placed on implementing security measures, safeguarding sensitive information, protecting systems from threats and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
• Develop training and awareness materials and documentation (guides and FAQs) associated with IM systems or tools.
• Participate in project meetings.
• Elicit, define, document, or update business rules and requirements documentation associated with IM systems or tools.
• Must have 3 projects experience developing test documentation to verify compliance with business and technical requirements.
• Must have 1 M365 or combined MS SharePoint and MS Teams project.
• Consult external stakeholders.
