We are currently looking for (2) Contract Analysts (Bilingual) for one of our clients in the printing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of various reports.
• Provide process inquiry support to Sales and Services personnel, as well as Customer Administration and Head Office co-suppliers.
• Establish Customer Satisfaction with each transaction.
• Support the company Sales teams in submitting orders that are legally valid, meeting the company and Customer requirements.
• Contract Analysts must ensure that internal control requirements and revenue recognition rules are enforced.
• Enter equipment orders into the computer system.
• Interface with the company Supply and Logistic organization, ensuring equipment order validity and equipment availability.

What you will need to succeed:

• Fast learner with the ability to retain & apply knowledge.
• Computer / Keyboard skills with a comfortable knowledge of Windows and related applications.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organization skills and keen attention to details.
• College Diploma (DEC) in administration or a related field.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in high pressure situations.
• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
