The Role You’ll Play
Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with the Demand Generation Manager, we are seeking a Campaign Specialist to join our fast-paced marketing team. This position works with several many stakeholders on the Marketing team and requires someone that possesses excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, is highly collaborative and able to effectively manage competing priorities when required.
- Collaborates with the team to develop assets to drive conversions in, top, middle, and bottom of the Marketing funnel programs; content includes social posts, videos, blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, case studies, etc.
- Collaborates on the creation of sales enablement assets and messaging to support the SDR and Outside Sales teams
- Applies direction consistent with our go-to-market strategy to assist in planning and executing Demand Generation campaigns
- Optimizes Demand Generation campaigns based on best practices to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition cost
- Develops and manages integrated multi-channel campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, webinars, trade shows and events to generate and nurture qualified leads
Required Skills
Willingness to experiment: As a strategic and data driven professional, the individual in this role should feel comfortable trying new techniques or testing existing ones. They should be able to develop a hypothesis of what campaigns they think will be most successful.
Ability to adapt: Must know how to adapt campaigns in a fast faced environment based on direction given, changing priorities, and on campaign specific data.
Works well independently and in a team: Ability to work well on their own and execute required tasks while being able to collaborate when required.
Excellent written skills: The right candidate will be an excellent Marketing copywriter with the ability to adjust tone and writing styles depending on the target audience and the tactic being used. Experience writing copy for B2B emails, landing pages and digital ads are necessary.
Communication skills: This role interacts with numerous stakeholders, and it is important that the individual openly communicates campaign logistics in a professional and courteous manner. Ensuring that campaigns remain on schedule and deadlines are met promptly by all stakeholders.
Digital Marketing expertise: Experience executing integrated Marketing campaigns across numerous digital platforms with the ability to adjust and optimize tactics to drive results. Knowledge of platforms includes LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Content Syndication.
Marketing automation platforms: Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, B2B email marketing tools such as Marketing Cloud or Pardot.
Education & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent field.
- B2B or previous SaaS Marketing experience is preferred.
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience; with an emphasis on Demand Generation.
