In this role, you will develop your expertise, and work aside an experienced team by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of the UKG Pro applications for our clients. You will also contribute to developing the skills of the team through coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate, identify, and report risks, impacts, and issues, and apply corrective measures
• Write workshop reports and project monitoring committees
• Carry out certain project deliverables such as test, delivery, and deployment strategies
• Manage the quality of deliverables according to the company's methodology
• Collaborate with the project director to validate the planning and coordination of the project phases
• Follow up and provide status on deliverables
• Plan, organize, drive, and control deliverables and the team

What you will need to succeed:

• Have an irreproachable sense of customer service which is reflected in the level of quality of your work
• Be stimulated by change working in a team and on different projects
• PMP Certified
• Have managed IT or HRIS projects, (with UKG project management experience is an advantage)
• Know project management methodologies and tools (UKG methodology/Paragon is an asset)
• Be bilingual in English and French
