Financial Management Skills: Ability to capture and track project financials, reporting on status and measuring overall profitability

The ability to influence and shape the Project Management best practices and strategy on the team

PMP designation or 10 years’ program and/or project management of major, complex engagements managing cross functional programs and stakeholder groups

Thorough understanding of project management methodologies, principles and practices

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

High school diploma, undergraduate degree would be an asset (or equivalent experience)

Mandarin or Cantonese skills would be an asset but not required

Minimum two years of banking experiences or equivalent

Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills

Manage multi-channel referrals and handling large volumes of mortgage customer cases simultaneously

Offers value added products and services based on customer needs analysis and ensuring customer understanding of those products

Minimum 3 years of experience case managing mortgages, ideally working in mortgage centre

Experience in a call centre environment is an asset

Strong mortgage, secured lending, and insurance product knowledge required
