Job Summary:

ProjectAdvisor.com is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in data and process management. As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, develop project plans, and implement efficient data and process management strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Management Platform
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management; and / or Industrial or Process Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in data-focused projects.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.
• Proven experience in managing projects with data and complex process components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and optimize business processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Implement data management strategies, including data governance, data quality, and data integration.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project success criteria, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, track progress, and manage risks.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
