Project Management Coordinator Jobs

PURPOSE OF THE JOB/PROJECT

• General project management skills, excellent communication skills with both technical stakeholders and management, cyber security experience in OT, manufacturing landscape, preferably in manufacturing or power plants, site coordination experience is must. NW Security experience will be added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and support sites with local change management. Develop new strategies for embedded architecture design and testing to optimize the medical device product design.
• Enable SharePoint / data access and align workstream work
• Develop training & communication plans
• Create and provide training and communication material
• Coordinate local awareness activities
• Develop and update changes and risk management concept
• Promote new technologies and design practices within the team.
• Support, monitor, and report program progress (including alignment with stakeholders, facilitation of communication and involvement in roadblocks and ongoing issues)
• Develop facilitation material for program management meeting, reporting and Steering Committee

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS / QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR:

• Experience with vendor management preferred.
• Proactive behavior and ability to adapt to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• The person for this position is expected to be independent, solution oriented and proactive.
