Project Management Consultant Jobs

We are currently hiring a Project Management Consultant to join our inclusive, energetic, and dynamic team who exhibits our company values of integrity, respect, commitment, and passion. The Project Management Consultant will work closely with Senior leadership and other project managers and owners. This position will have direct responsibility for all activities in supporting the coordination and administration of timely and accurate project status. This will include the following:

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Recommend opportunities for project improvement.
• Meet with internal clients to understand project expectations.
• Identifying dependencies in the project and effectively raising conflicts in a timely manner
• Contributing to proposals (estimates, work plans, schedules, etc.)
• Tracking project budgets
• Assisting managers with administrative functions and processes related to project management principles
• Apply project management practices that include planning, organizing, controlling, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating,
• Gathering all key milestones that are deliverables and compiling related key related activities as single source to assure project are on schedule and on budget.
• Manage project task allocation, work plans, and regular updates — both using windows tools and in house software
• Developing a project plan that fully captures change management related to processes and systems
• Tracking project schedules via structured method in conjunction with internal goal setting platform

Program Coordination

• Ensure effective and consistent communication with internal stakeholders at multiple levels
• Provide regular updates and working collaboratively to identify areas of improvement.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by the CEO
• Advising on meeting outcomes and contributing to project deliverables
• Providing support to senior leadership team including liaising on their behalf when requested
• Communicate clearly with team members and senior management to plan for client and project outcomes
• Work with the project delivery team to ensure resources and tools are in place to effectively deliver projects.

Business Development

• Provide recommendations regarding competitive service offerings.
• Support and build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Lead the development of consulting proposals.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify, plan, organize, and prioritize projects in a timely manner
• PMP designation is considered an asset
• Extensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies

The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and help support and maintain the company's large and diverse project portfolio related to TDFG 2.0, where opportunities for efficiencies will need to be identified and implemented to manage demands related to time and resources as the company grows and workload increases.
