Position Overview:

We are looking for a Management Consultant that transforms our client organizations through the use of technology - aligning business and IT goals through strategic plans, practical implementations and organizational change management.

Our Management Consultant will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships while making recommendations that will help our clients achieve their strategic and operational goals. Recommendations will require in-depth research and knowledge of the client’s business, analytics and insights, to recommend clear, actionable paths. Solutions may address the client’s people, processes, technology, tools, or business environments to achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, quality, service and profitability.

This position can be performed remotely, with occasional travel.

Essential Functions:

• Thoroughly understand client resource utilization to provide operational and performance improvement opportunities
• Analyze technology strategy needs, industry pain points, and business opportunities.
• Recommend and implement practical short term and long-term solutions
• Effectively coach clients to address business and organizational shortcomings to provide feedback and influence solutions
• Works with all levels (executive leadership, management and operational staff) through organizational change management, bridging gaps between departments
• Gather, organize and analyze data regarding key business drivers to present meaningful information that guides executive decision-making

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that include documenting and presenting complex findings in easily understandable mediums, tailoring the message to different audiences
• Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with clients at all levels of the organization
• Extensive business analysis experience that includes process design, quantitative analysis, hypothesis-driven research, and market research
• Capable of managing conflict, building consensus, problem-solving, and collaborating amongst cross-functional teams
• Ability to quickly understand a new client environment or industry/domain

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of software engineering and organizational design concepts
• Experience with technology and strategy projects
• Masters of Business Administration degree, or training in a Management Consulting environment
