Job Title: Scrum Master/Release Manager

Location: Montreal ( Office attendance from Day 1 - Hybrid Mode)

Main Requirements For Each Candidate

• Strong Knowledge of JIRA
• Strong communication skills (Effective, articulate, succinct communicator)
• Demonstrated expertise building teams, especially transitioning teams to new working methodologies
• Ability to hold self and team accountable for delivery
• Experience working with or knowledge of release management
• Ability to partner with product owner and stakeholders to articulate roadmaps and goals
• 4-5 years working in an Agile framework

Primary Responsibilities

• Use metrics and tooling to identify trends and opportunities improvement
• Support the squad in identifying and removing technical and organizational impediments
• Facilitate and improve team interactions with partners, stakeholders, and peers
• Improve product ownership skills through regular coaching and guidance
• Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the squad regularly celebrates success
• Act as a servant leader for the squad
• Improve transparency and predictability of team output
• Align squad with Public Cloud Fleet operating model; actively participate in Scrum Master guild.
• Enhance the team's ability to achieve their goals, address challenges and take advantages of opportunities.

• Dedication to finding creative ways of working; driving for continuous improvement
• A dedication to cross-function collaboration, communication and breaking down of silos
• Demonstrated expertise in relationship building
• Facilitate creativity & empowerment inside the squad
• Demonstrated experience teaching, coaching, and influencing team to adopt change
• Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, and/or SAFE-5)
• Ability to navigate complex, enterprise organizations to manage dependencies and remove blockers
• Ability to influence behavior without having formal organizational hierarchy

Optional Qualifications

• Financial Services and transformation experience
• Knowledge of Roadmunk and Rally
• Experience with jenkins.
