The position at a glance

The goal of Efficiency Commando Team is to plan, prepare, test and implement authorized requested improvements to OPS dpt. processes. This changes result in efficiency improvement, better risk mitigation and/or expansion/increased scale of various department controls.

The scope of Efficiency Commando Team is department of ITO, subject to team’s functional manager and/or Head of the Department approval. Head of the Department reserves the right to expand the scope should such need arise.

In detail

Work on production and cross-functional projects that have an impact overall on the Operations department.

• Forecasting dashboard: this is a capacity management tool that will provide the adequate utilization of our resources.
• Lead continuous improvement projects within Operations and to join our efficiency commando operation team.
• Be able to take on challenging positions and adapt well to various work assignments.
• Maintenance and enhancement of Operations SharePoint page
• Participate in transversal projects for the Global Markets/ Global Banking Operations and Client Management platform.
• Put to contribution your analytical skillset on various tasks and projects.

The strengths and skills that will help you succeed

Training And Occupational Experience

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Student completing their Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science or related field, with a graduation date of December 2023 or May 2024.
• Excellent coding skills in VBA required
• Python and Power BI knowledge preferred

• Team player, self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Strong English skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptability in various situations
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables
