Job Description

Sr Business Analyst - Change Management / Change Catalyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with at least 8 years experience in project management, who is bilingual, and has strong interpersonal skills.

This temporary position (6 months) involves managing minor technology requests and projects for the Business Platforms team, that support the execution of business strategy and aim to create value for our customers.

You will report to the Business Platforms Department Manager and work in a collaborative and stimulating environment.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Agile demand and project management processes covering planning/scheduling, cost control, change management and support.

• Analyze requests addressed to Business platforms, ensure common understanding by stakeholders, improve requirements, identify acceptance criteria and ensure follow-up/progress.

• Prepare progress reports to provide a solid basis for strategic and operational decisions

• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration, participation and improvement

• Support and facilitate the development of team performance in line with our company’s corporate values in order to achieve objectives.

• Contribute to the processes and guidelines for the management of requests led by the Technology Platforms Manager.

Your contribution:

• Commitment to the physical and psychological safety of yourself and your team

• Ability to define, implement and lead minor requests and projects in a large organization

• Ability to exercise thought leadership and promote innovation and continuous improvement, with full respect for company values and individuals

• Experience in developing training, processes and procedures, and in problem solving

• Bachelor's degree in management or related discipline, or strong equivalent project experience

• At least eight years' experience in managing technology requests and projects

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). We are a global company; the responsibilities associated with this position require daily collaboration with colleagues, teams and partners outside Quebec.

Nous cherchons un profile Business Analyste Sénior avec au moins 8 ans en gestion de projet, bilingue, avec une belle intelligence émotionnelle

Ce poste temporaire (6 mois) consiste à gérer les demandes et projets mineurs technologiques, pour l’équipe des plateformes d’affaires, qui soutiennent l’exécution de la stratégie d’affaires et visent à créer de la valeur pour nos clients.

Vous relèverez du chef de service Business Platforms et travaillerez dans un environnement collaboratif et stimulant.

Vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

• Mise en œuvre et suivi des processus Agile de gestion de la demande et des projets couvrant la planification/d’ordonnancement, de contrôle des coûts, de gestion du changement et de soutien

• Analyser les demandes adressées aux plateformes Affaires, assurer de sa compréhension commune par les parties prenantes, bonifier les requis, identifier les critères d’acceptation et en assurer le suivi /progrès

• Préparer les rapports d’avancement afin de fournir une base solide pour les décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles

• Entretenir les relations avec les principales parties prenantes afin de favoriser une culture de collaboration, de participation et d’amélioration

• Supporter et faciliter le développement de la performance des équipes conformément aux valeurs d’entreprise afin d’atteindre les objectifs

• Contribuer aux processus et aux directives dans le cadre de la gestion des demandes dirigées par les gestionnaire des plateformes Technologiques

Votre contribution :

• Expérience dans l’élaboration de formation, de processus et procédures ainsi que dans la résolution de problème

• Baccalauréat en gestion ou dans une discipline connexe, ou solide expérience équivalente en matière de projets

• Au moins huit ans d’expérience dans la gestion des demandes et projets technologiques
