Overview The Change Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the change management process within an organization. This includes identifying, assessing, and managing the impact of changes on the organization, its processes, and its people. The Change Management Coordinator is also responsible for developing and implementing change management plans and strategies, as well as providing guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the change process. Detailed Job Description The Change Management Coordinator is responsible for leading the change management process within an organization. This includes identifying, assessing, and managing the impact of changes on the organization, its processes, and its people. The Change Management Coordinator is also responsible for developing and implementing change management plans and strategies, as well as providing guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the change process. The Change Management Coordinator will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that changes are implemented effectively and efficiently. The Change Management Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives. Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
