Analyst, Change Management

Job Band: 4
Reporting to the Manager, Change Management, the Analyst, Change Management will play a key role in a dynamic team that focuses on the people side of change. The Analyst will be responsible for creating and implementing change management and plans that will help drive the adoption and use of digital health services in physician practices and other clinical settings.
Reporting to the Manager, Change Management, this role is responsible for:
Change Management
- Developing and validating the change management deployment and delivery approach for digital health solutions, including plans for adoption, communication, and training.
- Build engaging content used for communications and training resources
- Supporting group meetings with internal and external stakeholders to create buy-in, increase adoption of digital health services.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with internal teams to ensure the success of the change management initiatives.
- Developing change management activities and plans to support process change, organizational change and/or introduction of new technology/tools.
- Supporting transformational and change activities in alignment with corporate strategy.
Business Process Improvement
- Assessing requirements for new or improved processes.
- Communicating process changes, and enhancements verbally and through written documentation.
- Providing recommendations of potential solutions and processes to meet business objectives.
- Developing process maps for future state (and other workflow documentation as required).
- Working collaboratively with project/program leads to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Conducting interviews and observations as needed to understand current state
- Supporting corporate process improvement initiatives.
Training
- Assessing staff training needs, developing, and conducting training as appropriate to support and reinforce change initiatives.
- Supporting staff training on change management methodology, ensuring consistency of use.
- Supporting the design and delivery of training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Defining and recommending approaches to improve change management methodology.
Requirements that are important to us:
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (PROSCI, etc.).
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must be a team player and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in designing and delivering training sessions.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Knowledge or experience of the Health Sector and/or government is an asset.
- Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated experience with digital health services, practice management approach and quality improvement.
- University degree or 1-3 years equivalent experience.
- Accreditation in one or more methodologies an asset.
