Project management and vendor management

Developing and presenting ministry-specific dashboards, reports, and other project management collateral

Financial management of project as necessary or if needed

Lead quality assurance/quality control activities (e.g.; artifact reviews, project audits) to ensure compliance with internal/external audit requirements.

Create briefing notes (including benefits/challenge analysis on all options) to justify large-scale change within the project methodology and other departmental services.

7-9 years of job related experience.

Advanced experience in creating/supporting standard templates in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio etc.

Knowledge of software configuration approaches and best practices to workflow design.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum three (3) years of project management experience or equivalent.

Project Manager with business process change or similar experience

• Develop project plans and risk management plans for business process change or similar projects

• Complete project management activities including scoping, planning, managing, monitoring, and reporting on project tasks

Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spoken

Intermediate MS Office skills XRM (MS Dynamics 365)

·Experience creating change management plans, communication plans, business requirements and associate change management materials.

·Change Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.

Sr Business Analyst - Change Management / Change Catalyst

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Communications, Education or relevant field.

Experience working in the financial sector, project/portfolio management in large corporations
