DESCRIPTION:
Robert Half is recruiting now for an experienced Change Management Communications Specialist to fulfill an exciting contract/temporary role with our Client. As the successful Candidate, you will help the cybersecurity and records information management teams as a communications change management consultant, directly answering to the senior director of cybersecurity. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience working with IT subject issues, such as data management and cybersecurity. You will work with the current Cybersecurity Communications OCM Consultant on a range of daily communications writing, editing, and reviewing initiatives, campaigns, and news pieces. This role is based in Calgary, AB., but is open to remote work concessions for eligible candidates located within the Calgary, AB., region.

Requirements
MUST HAVES:

• A wealth of experience in developing and authoring internal content, including postings for Yammer and social media, leader messages, news pieces, talking points, and scripts.
• 7 years of applicable experience plus a minimum of a certificate in communications or a closely related field, or a degree plus at least 5 years of relevant internal corporate communications experience
• The capacity to translate intricate concepts and industry speak into interesting content and messaging for the intended audience.
• Supporting global transformation and change management projects requires experience with effective change management strategies.
• Strong M365 app working skills and experience Microsoft Teams Basics of Yammer Office Photoshop Adobe Creative Illustrator
• Creating captivating material for IT cybersecurity information management for at least five years
