Change Communication Specialist Jobs

Knowledge of BC health care system and previous experience providing professional/contractual services to health authorities or relevant agencies in BC

Continue to build “change management” culture, through maintenance of corporate intranet pages, workplace posts, email communications, etc.

Act as a delegate for the Program Manager Alternative Workplace Strategy as necessary

Social Media Support - Oversee the day-to-day management of Nissan’s social media channels and lead program enhancements: 40%

Manage Nissan’s Google Review improvement strategy and semi-weekly response process with Customer Care and Nissan Canada Finance.

Work with the Community Managers at the Agencies of Record on daily content posting, conversation monitoring, and community responses.

Evaluate social media workflows and channel organization for efficiency and optimal customer experience.

Liaise internally with other Marketing functions and business units to develop monthly content strategies.

Work with the Planner on the team to establish opportunities for asset development based on social insights and trends.

Integrated Asset and Facilities Management

Oversee management of project specific websites

The successful candidate will need strong technical, organizational and communication skills to ensure projects meet communications objectives.

3–5 years of related experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience handling a press conference, liaising with media, and organizing public consultations.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• 3 years of IT communications experience, preferably with a focus on internal/corporate communications

• Coordinate with IT department to gain full understanding of communication requests

• Identify target audiences, communication channels, and key messages for each project or update

• Improve the quality, consistency, efficiency and effectiveness of all internal communication channels

• Support internal IT communication needs, including announcements, policy changes, and IT-related training materials

Must have 5+ years experience in organizational change management

Must have strong skills and experience of the Microsoft Office suite (MS Teams and SharePoint is a benefit)

Experience in a digital or IT environment would be a benefit

Experience managing culture change and org design changes would be a benefit

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to analyze, problem solve, stay organized and manage multiple assignments

Supporting global transformation and change management projects requires experience with effective change management strategies.

Creating captivating material for IT cybersecurity information management for at least five years

Assess the regulatory requirement and impact for any kind of change.

Sound knowledge and application of Health Canada and FDA regulations.

Excellent written communication and report writing skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task; detail oriented.
