Change Communication Specialist Jobs in British Columbia

Knowledge of BC health care system and previous experience providing professional/contractual services to health authorities or relevant agencies in BC

Work is not 100% remote; travel is expected for conducting interviews.

Communicate and showcase life both inside and outside of work as a Fraser Health employee

Establish Fraser Health as an employer of choice in health care across untapped markets (i.e. international)

Increase the flow of candidates into the recruitment pipeline from new geographic markets

Key message preparation (branding discovery)

Must have 5+ years experience in organizational change management

Must have strong skills and experience of the Microsoft Office suite (MS Teams and SharePoint is a benefit)

Experience in a digital or IT environment would be a benefit

Experience managing culture change and org design changes would be a benefit

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to analyze, problem solve, stay organized and manage multiple assignments
