Change Communication Specialist Jobs in Manitoba

Strong change management and project management skills

2-3 years change management experience

Provide day-to-day change management advice and counsel to internal partners and project teams as assigned

Develop, update and maintain the change management components of project plans maintained by Corporate Real Estate’s project delivery team

Continue to build “change management” culture, through maintenance of corporate intranet pages, workplace posts, email communications, etc.

Act as a delegate for the Program Manager Alternative Workplace Strategy as necessary

Proven expertise as an efficient and effective project manager, consistently demonstrating proactive and reactive project management abilities.

Utilizing project management platforms such as MS Projects or equivalent software.

Preparing regular status reports to be shared with management.

A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications from a recognized and approved program.

Establishing campaign objectives, developing clear plans, determining resourcing requirements, and implementing effective measurement strategies for core campaigns.

A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role is required.

Proven work experience in social media or in a similar role, with strong social media management and paid social media skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Lead and Manage Area Social Command Center

Leverage data to derive insights that increase engagement and manage paid campaigns.

Experience with employee advocacy programs and customer storytelling is a plus.

Knowledge of marketing principles, creative development, and production processes.

Proven work experience in social media or in a similar role, with strong social media management and paid social media skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
