Our client, a global company, is looking for a Business Analyst to support an SAP module implementation. The successful candidate will have deep understanding of Change Management, strong requirements gathering and the ability to create training materials.
Education/Experience
• University degree or college diploma relevant to business analysis or equivalent education and experience
• 8+ years’ experience required
• Experience building strong working relationships with stakeholders
• ERP Experience is an asset
• Experience with organizational change management on strategic initiatives, preferably in a corporate environment
• Demonstrated professional-level writing ability with respect to voice, style, organization, and structure, and clear understanding of the target audience(s) and presentation of key message(s). A portfolio of samples is required
• Experience in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment; highly self-directed and able to work well under tight timelines
• Advanced competencies in collaboration, communication, team building, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required (Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint. Visio is an asset)
• OCM, proofreading and/or editing certifications would be an asset

• Skilled in Testing: User Acceptance Testing; System Integration Testing; Regression Testing
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Elicit clear business requirements and evaluate scope considering desired outcomes
• Active management of scope and requirement updates to balance changing business needs with delivery solutions
• Define and develop business cases to show how a project will define, measure, and add value to the business
• Responsible to define and develop support processes
• Identify and document issues, constraints, and risks
• Produce process mapping and technical writing
• Accountable to gather information and conduct needs’ analysis
• Manage stakeholder engagement and analysis: build consensus among stakeholders, and determine actions to appropriately manage stakeholders’ desired outcomes successfully
• Prepare business requirements documents, workflows, other documentation, as required
• Speak to Technical teams, Business sponsors, Site personnel, Leaders, Managed service partners, etc.
• Collaborate in the development and execution of test plans and test cases
• Skilled in Testing: User Acceptance Testing; System Integration Testing; Regression Testing
• Defining and executing organizational change management activities
• Train staff and users, as needed, to work with applications, systems and/or programs
• Responsible for helping internal or external audiences prepare for system and process changes that will occur as a result of a significant IT change effort
• Provide strategic guidance to leaders and stakeholders on effective engagement and communication strategies for upcoming changes, while addressing change management issues and risks
• Gather, understand, and translate business and technical requirements in the data and analytics domain to identify and execute change communication needs
• Translate technical designs into content for the broader audience (enterprise and executive)
• Balance multiple priorities, prioritize, and deliver high-quality written communications on time in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Plan and organize meetings, presentations, and other events to engage and inform stakeholders. Facilitate sessions and collaborate with key resources to develop and execute change and communication-related deliverables.
• Conduct regular communication with stakeholders to present deliverables, provide status updates, resolve issues and review updated plan
• Support managing a group mailbox and a group page to ensure communication from the program matches our brand voice and tone
