- Assessing incoming requests in accordance with ATB, business unit, and team priorities and processes
- Supporting our everyday banking team with documenting business rules and processes in a clear and concise way, with specific guidance from more senior team members
- Supporting senior team members in conducting stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assisting with the analysis of data to identify and interpret patterns and trends
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in retail banking, customer service, and/or related fields
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- You effectively utilize tools and resources, ask questions, translate information, and support team members in their learning and growth
- Ability to analyze data and identify themes and solve problems
- A quick learner, naturally curious and self-motivated individual with a high degree of comfort working both independently and within a group
- Strong written communication skills
- Business certificate/diploma in business, banking, technology or a related discipline is considered an asset
