It Systems Analyst – Modern Workplace

Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Chemical clients to search for an IT Systems Analyst – Modern Workplace in Red Deer or Calgary, AB for an 18-months contract. Responsibilities: Manages day to day activities related to Unified Communications (M365) Exchange Online – configuration changes, mailbox management, etc. MS Teams /Skype for business – Configuration changes, Device management, voice services, deploying Teams room systems and devices SharePoint Online – back-end management VOIP systems –SIP Stack, SIP Tracing, SBC & PBX Troubleshooting, ATA devices Learns and gains an understanding of the various Information Technology (IT) infrastructure components used in a corporate environment and their interdependencies Understands the client PC, server and networking environments and the relationship between these technologies in a Microsoft environment Configure and deploy associated client hardware at various locations Troubleshoots and configures the components within a Microsoft client and server operating system Learns how to configure and support services within Microsoft 365 environment Learns and gains an understanding of Microsoft Azure Active Directory Develops and maintains technical documentation

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Technology with minimum 3-5 years related experience.

M365 Administration Knowledge PowerShell scripting experience
