Job Description

Job Title – Business Analyst (Change Management)

Job Location – Kingston, Ontario

Job duration – 09 months (Contract)


Qualifications:

·4-year university degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

·Change Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.

·3+ years of progressive change management experience

·Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

·Experience creating change management plans, communication plans, business requirements and associate change management materials.

·Must possess strong change management skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

·Must possess excellent communication skills.
