Job Description

HR Path is a global Human Resource leader, that supports customers globally in every aspect of their organization’s HR digital transformation. REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE:

• Accountable to plan and lead all business change management activities in conjunction with the Project Manager, HRM’s Business Process Owners and Business Analysts

• Develop overarching business change management strategies, plans, and initiatives to manage key change risks, maximize employee engagement and support and minimize resistance to change.

• Develop and support implementation of actionable and targeted change management plans that mitigate potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance related to business changes, communications, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training, recognition, and resistance management.

• Conduct business readiness and impact assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

• Execute business change management strategies and plans based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the stakeholders being impacted.

• Responsible for producing all Change Management project deliverables including but not limited to Change Management Plan, Training Plan, Business Readiness Assessments, Communications Plan, etc.

• Required to leverage business change management best practices and methodologies (i.e., stakeholder assessments, deployment readiness checklists) to provide consistent processes, tools, and services to stakeholders.

Required to assess the magnitude and timing of major changes, the organization's change readiness and the key stakeholders most heavily impacted by the change.

• Responsible to implement business change management activities that ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable and prepared for the changes.

• Required to provide input to ensure learning programs, training, and support materials are effective.

• Demonstrated experience as Business Change Manager on SAP implementation. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation preferred.

Previous experience working with Public Sector. Past project experience with Canadian municipality considered an asset.
