Functional ID and Certificate Management:

- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective release management.

- Ensure proper management of functional IDs and certificates required for the application.

- Lead the incident and problem management processes for non-production environments.

- Facilitate change and release management activities in non-production environments.

Work with internal stakeholders to influence and design change management strategies focused on adoption and usage to meet the desired outcomes

The People Engagement Regional Manager responsibilities will be organized across the 2 following pillars:

1 year developing SharePoint change management strategies for the Federal Government Electronic Document and Records Management Solution (EDRMS)

3 projects developing change management projects for 1 of the following Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and/or SharePoint Online.

Ensure appropriate integration of solutions with NRCan’s existing instance of the GC content management solution (GCdocs, leveraging MS Dynamics);

Implementing an Information Management Roadmap, Design and associated documentation (e.g. policies and practices) for the solution and support their implementation, including:

Valid Enhanced Reliability Clearance with the Federal Government of Canada

Design and develop solution architecture, including information architecture, technical architecture and integrated architecture for the back-end M365 implementation for NRCan;

7+ years of change management experience, preferably in public sector and unionized environments

Extensive knowledge of current change management methodologies, principles, practices, processes, tools and templates

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of change management, including

Comfortable with making decisions, problem solving, building consensus, and influencing with all levels of management

Experience working at a strategic level, liaising with stakeholders to identify potential change impacts and ensure change plans are in place

Significant experience in organizational change and development methodologies with the ability to demonstrate experience affecting culture change and commercial outcomes.

Strong knowledge of project and change management and organizational development.

Bachelor's Degree ideally in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline
