We are currently seeking for a Change Manager to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the support and maintenance in a hybrid environment.
- Manage Non-Production Support:
- Oversee the support and maintenance activities for the application in non-production environments, including development, testing, and staging environments.
- Agile Methodologies:
- Apply agile principles and practices to manage support and maintenance tasks effectively.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective release management.
- BAW Products:
- Utilize your expertise in Business Automation Workflow (BAW) products to support and enhance the application.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to optimize workflow processes and resolve any BAW-related issues.
- Functional ID and Certificate Management:
- Ensure proper management of functional IDs and certificates required for the application.
- Implement and maintain appropriate access controls, security measures, and certificate renewal processes.
- Infrastructure Management:
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage and maintain the hybrid environment for the application.
- Ensure proper configuration, monitoring, and optimization of infrastructure components.
- Incident and Problem Management:
- Lead the incident and problem management processes for non-production environments.
- Coordinate with various teams to investigate and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Change and Release Management:
- Facilitate change and release management activities in non-production environments.
- Ensure proper documentation, testing, and coordination with stakeholders to minimize risks and ensure smooth deployments.
Required Qualification:
- Preferred University degree (Bachelors) in Computer Science or a similar nature
- A minimum of 5 years experience in an environment management role managing large, complex, multi system solutions end to end.
