Role: Change Manager / Adoption Lead for O365 Implementations

Structure: Permanent Fulltime

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Pay: Up to $130,000 plus bonus, benefits and other incentives

Hours: Monday - Friday (business hours)

In this role you will:

- Create engaging Adoption Plans with stages, deadlines, and goals to increase enterprise adoption of technology products – specifically Microsoft 365

- Prepare communication plans and messages for employees, executives, and project stakeholders

- Set instructional end goals, create content that matches them and facilitate training sessions

- Work with subject matter experts and lead workshops to identify where employees need help

- Create compelling presentations and instructional material

- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in technology adoption

- Devise modes of assessment to measure the effectiveness of the Adoption Plan

Experience to be successful in this role:

- 6+ years senior Change Lead with experience leading digital and Microsoft based project environments

- Create and translate technical content into accessible end user training materials

- High-level technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint Online

- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and give presentations

- Hands on designing training plans, conducting learning assessments, facilitating requirement workshops

- Previous experience creating end-user supporting documentation such as reference guides and training presentations

- Ability to drive deadlines and take on responsibility and accountability in the group

- Work collaboratively to engage expertise from various business units to develop learning solutions

- Be a champion of technology adoption across the enterprise

Bonus Points IF:

- Certifications in Microsoft Technologies such as: M365, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Office, etc.

- Prosci Change Practitioner Certification
