Role: Senior Manager, Business Analysis, Capital Markets Technology

Structure: Full-time Permanent

Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid remote 2 days a week)

Pay: Variable base (depending on experience) plus bonus, RRSP matching, Pension, Stock Options and Benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday (business hours)

We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Senior Manager of Business Analysis working with a major Financial Services company in the Capital Markets technology domain.

In this role, you will lead a team of Business Analysts who provide business analysis and technical insights on future technology innovations on products like Fidessa and Broadridge for the Capital Markets domain.

The required skills for this role will be:

• Possesses solid business understanding and knowledge of the use of technology and applications in mid-office and front office trading
• Understands and is familiar with the application of techniques associated with data modeling, process modeling, and user-centred design within the context of the organizational standards
• Highly desirable working knowledge of DTC CTM and/or SS&C FMC, BPSA, and Fidessa CTAC.
• Solid knowledge of project management and the system development life cycle/agile development process
• Experience with any/all of the following is considered necessary assets for the position: Broadridge Intact and FIX Protocol. Fidessa CTAC.
• Expert knowledge in the workflows associated with Institutional post-trade processing for Equity and Derivative listed transactions their associated flow for street side and client allocation (FMC, DTC CTM) for submission into back-office book of records systems (i.e. Broadridge).
• Canadian Securities Course is desirable
• 10+ years business analysis experience, supporting medium to large-sized projects and teams
