Our client in Downtown is looking for a Change Manager / Sr. Business Analyst to join them on an exciting 3-year technology modernization initiative. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Change Manager / Sr. Business Analyst will play a key role on the change adaptation on the organization’s team members but will also be responsible for requirement gathering / documentation, creation, and execution of the organizational change plan as well as the coordination of the change control process, training, creation of the new go forward governance process and business cases (while educating in this respect). If you possess strong functional modernization project and change management experience within Financial Services industry and are eager to contribute leading this organization to the next level; you will find this project to be an incredible one that would not want to miss out.

The Change Manager / Sr. Business Analyst will have:

* Experience leading modernization projects within financial services institutions.

* Strong Change Management experience.

* Solid functional business analyst skills.

* Excellent communication skills liaising with different stakeholders.
