The Change Manager / Sr. Business Analyst will have:

Manages burndown and velocity charts for or more ServiceNow Product teams using

Manages UI Changes with the usage of Web Technologies such as XML, HTML, SQL and integrations using REST, SOAP and API

Minimum 5 years' experience working in the ServiceNow platform

Good knowledge of ITIL framework and related support processes for incident, problem and change management

Project management and coordination experience an asset

7 – 9 years’ experience in the financial services industry and good knowledge of retail digital products

Manage the release pipeline into QA, staging and out the door to production

Ensure scope added into the release satisfies all entry criteria requirements (ensure completeness of release scope document)

Work with internal stakeholders to influence and design change management strategies focused on adoption and usage to meet the desired outcomes

Identify and mitigate any risks and/or associated issues with the change management effort in collaboration with the project teams

Understanding of project management and business process analysis

Prosci® Practitioner or Prosci® Train the Trainer certification is preferred

Experience in managing the “people side of change” across global organizations on a variety of different changes; structural, process, revenue, technology

A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in organizational change management, process improvement, organization development, communications, or a related field

Change management experience in Workday (or cloud-based ERP) implementations preferred.

Experience in an ERP implementation project or software implementation projects in a change management specialist role is preferred.

Knowledge of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and tools

Comfort and experience interacting with and influencing senior executives.

Strong knowledge of business process mapping (BPMN) and improvement/optimization.

Strong project management skills, including Work Breakdown Structures, requirements management, deliverables, and budget allocations.

Experience in requirements gathering and requirements documentation.

12 month contract- REMOTE role

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Release Analyst with a Certified Customs Specialist Designation

Excellent communication, organizational and inter-personal skills

Obtains correct HS classification of goods for customs release from database, tariff book, internet or customer

Sets up entries on ACROSS and occasionally on paper which also includes seeking AIRS codes for CFIA, Y-50’s and Voluntary entries

Updates 1Source and FXG Hit list databases with clearance and client information

3-5 years of Change management experience

Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process & tools

Post-secondary education (diploma/degree), preferably in computer science, business, finance, or comparable work experience

Good knowledge of ITIL framework and related support processes for incident, problem and change management

Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills

Manage the release pipeline into QA, Staging/Dry Run and to Production with minimal impact to existing business functions

Ensure scope added into the release satisfies all entry criteria requirements and that all releases are audit ready
